Questions

What does Core measure?
For supported exercises (beta): reps, tempo and consistency, plus labelled estimates like knee angle from the side. Everything else is what your clients log.
What does Core not measure?
Core reads body position from phone video, nothing more. It makes no health judgements and gives no technique scores. See the list above.
Can I assign ghosting and footwork drills?
Yes, in beta, for squash players. The player records on a phone on a tripod. You see tracked results: recovery, route and movement speed in court metres when the court is found. Otherwise the result shows as unavailable.
How do I connect my player?
Find them by email or their Core Player Code. They approve what you can see, and can change it at any time.
Do clients have to record video?
No. Logging by hand works for every exercise. Recording is optional, set by set.
Is it accurate?
It is new, so camera measurements are labelled experimental. Use them beside the video, and trust your own review first.
How do clients join?
You invite them. They create an account, accept, and choose what you can see.
Can I coach under-18s?
Only with a parent or guardian's consent. A minor cannot give a coach access on their own.
What does it cost?
Coaching pricing is announced at launch. Squash match analysis has its own plans. See pricing.
Is this the same as sport coaching on Core?
No. Sport coaching reviews match reports. Fitness coaching is a separate account type and workspace. Sport coaching.
